Awesome.
This hotel was the best hotel I’ve stayed in. I’m a teenager and usually hotel staff has a biased attitude towards me because they assume I’m going to party and ruin the hotel room, even though I travel very frequently. The staff here treated me with respect and they were very friendly. The walls were not paper thin, considering some of the reviews I read which said they were. & the hotel itself was gorgeous.

Not at all happy
The hotel is nice and in a good location from local airports. The hotel is less than expected regarding room size and ammendities. The walls are paper thin and you can hear everthing outside the room. The hotel plays music in the halls that you can hear into your room. You would think that the hotel would turn that off after a descent hour. When we checked in, we asked for a paper in the morning which we never received. Hotel staff is non-helpful. Also, I was put into a handicap room and was not asked beforehand. Again, just bad service from the hotel staff.
Traveler's tip on getting the most out of your stay
Do not pay for the extra price in hotel package to include breakfast and internet. You’ll pay twice over the rate. The buffet closes at 09:30. We were told 11:00 the night before, so we got charged extra for breakfast. Service was poor.
