Great for long weekend getaway
when i booked the trip I requested a smoking room, but only non smoking were available, so I put the request in the field for special requests. I don’t smoke very much, but didn’t want to have to go all the way outside. They were able to fufill the request, and surprisingly, I couldn’t even tell it was a smoking room. It didn’t smell at all...I travel alot and swore I would never get another one because my last one was so bad. Check in/out process was smooth, they had someone there to guide you to the correct line. Ate dinner at Patsy’s in the hotel...the food was good, the service was great...we had Robert and Jose who made it fun. Also Ricardo, the host was also very nice. We had a great weekend and the price was right...I would go there again.

Not The Greatest BUT, Not The Worst
I called the day of to make sure they had my reservation. They said they had NO reservation under my name OR confirmation # & that I’d have to contact Expedia. I called Expedia who was VERY willing to help & so nice. The lady I spoke to said she would call The Hilton. They had my reservation under my middle name & got it taken care of. When we arrived, it was so nice right when we walked in. I booked a room for a King & at check-in they said they had NO Kings available. I find that hard to believe in this HUGE hotel. They told me to call the next day at noon. I called the front desk at noon & they said STILL no Kings available. This was my fiance’s 1 yr anniversary & the last thing we wanted was a room w/ double beds. I went to the front desk a few hours later & the lady told me they had a King & would put it on hold for me. I asked when it’d be ready & she said "When the cleaning lady cleaned it." THAT didn’t answer my question so, she then told me 4. I went back at 4 & talked to another guy and he couldn’t find my reservation bc it was under my middle name STILL & said the room wasn’t ready and to come back at 4:30. I came back after 5 and the lady said it still wasn’t ready BUT she would give me another King room. Why not do that in the first PLACE? They did have others available. She just lied. Great beach location but, will definitely stay somewhere else next time.

We reserved standard room,but room was huge and great! I definitely come back soon.
