Old and Not Maintained
Hotel has aged and has not been properly maintained, air is window units and was not on upon arrival (with reservations); continental breakfast was milk and cereal. Pool was clean, but side tiles were not. Employees were friendly and helpful.

Although the hotel is somewhat run-down, the hotel staff really did all that they could to make our stay as good as possible.

Never Again!!
Our room was filthy (i.e., there was a blood stain on the sheet, there was a dirty washcloth hanging on the shower, holes in the bathroom wall, etc...). I travel to St. Pete often & will never use this hotel again.
