Not impressed
Although the hotel was well maintained , room was comfortable , I just wasn’t pleased not to have a refridgerator and/or microwave

Only Place near Youngstown to stay
If you are looking for a place to stay that is clean, well staffed, professional, safe and near shopping I would recommend Holiday Inn. In the Youngstown area, this is the only place of this level of upkeep and customer service. The reception staff greets me when I come and go. The housekeeping staff are curteous and always helpful. When I go to my car (and I travel alone) I feel safe in and around the grounds, which is more than I can say for most of this depressed area.
Traveler's tip on dining
The O’Charleys restaurant is a great place to eat and finally there is one in Boardman. If you have to eat away from the Holiday Inn restaurant, this is the place. Also, chase down dinner with a Starbucks coffee just a block from the hotel.

Great location but very busy
The hotel itself was very nice and the service was great. The location is also nice with lots of restaurants in the immediate area and it is close to the highways. The only complaint is that it was extremely busy and the elevators were slow because so many people were using them. They may have just been a busy weekend though. Overall we would absolutely stay there again.
