Nice
The hotel was nice and mostly clean. The remote for 1 TV did not work but the breakfast was very good.

We loved everything, we will be going back. We don’t live but about 45 min away, but for a min vacation its worth it.

Old, but nice
We had to move from one room to another due to a faulty air conditioner. But, the staff was EXTREMEMLY accomodating. We had the cheapest room. And, we still got EXCELLENT service. The hotel is older than some, but still a GREAT value. I recommend it and WILL stay there again, this year, multiple times.
Traveler's tip on recreational activities
This is the closest I know of, from Expedia choices, to the Point Mallard water park. Memorial Day and July 4th weekends are EXCELLENT in Decatur. Point Mallard hosts the most AWESOME experiences. As a former "local" I can not think of a place I would rather be those two weekends.
