Charlotte Hotel Experience
The Hotel accomodations were nice and employees were very genuine. My room was spacious and tidy. There were an adequate amount of towels present which is always important during my stay. This will be my hotel from now on whenever I visit Charlotte on a monthly basis.

Nice Hotel in questionable area
The room itself is very nice. The area the hotel is located in was in an area that I would be uncomfortable in walking the streets. It is not located near to the restaurant and shopping districts. The staff seemed put out when I asked for a map of the area. However, they were helpful when asked for specific places. There was no yellow pages phone book in the room and therefore finding a restaurant was made more difficult. If I knew more of the area I would have stayed elswhere.
It would be a good idea to call the hotel you’re interested in to see what restaurants and shopping is nearby. The quality of the neighborhood would be helpful also. If you are unfamiliar with the city then a personal touch in recommending an area would be very helpful.

Convenient all around
Nice location, very comfortable, and convenient to Carrowinds and downtown. Many local restaurants within 5 mile radious.
