Just average but clean
Stayed one night while visiting area colleges. The restaurant was very lacking in service but OK food. Room comfortable and serviceable for our needs. Friendly staff and great morning breakfast.

Eh, it’s a motel
It was fine for just a couple days. It’s between downtown Greensboro & the airport, a prime location. One tip: I had issues with my TomTom (not sure if anyone else did in that area) mine lost it’s signal a million times & always thought I was on the incorrect road. Anyway, doesn’t have to do with the hotel but just an FYI for business travelers. Nice facility - the restaurant attached - Legends - didn’t have great service. I sat in there for a good 5 minutes with the bartender/server less than 10 feet away & she never came over. Luckily there was a shopping plaza/mall nearby with some yummy restaurants.

Overall, very good stay. Staff went above and beyond.
My stay at the Clarion was booked as a Bed and Breakfast, meaning I would get a full breakfast each morning. At check-in I was to receive a coupon for each day of my stay, and I was to give the coupon to the restaurant staff in leiu of money. No one tells you about the coupons, so the first morning I paid for breakfast. Only after speaking with the Manager did I get coupons for the rest of my stay.
