just ok
This hotel is neither bad, neither the best I have seen. The room was good and it’s not too far from downtown Fairbanks. The price may seem a little bit excessive for the quality of the place but after spending 2 weeks in Alaska, I must say this is a common feature in this state during Summer.

A Fine old hotel
This is a very old hotel with a lot of history. They treat everyone very well and are extremely helpful answering questions. The Restaurant serves good food for breakfast. I would stay again.

Hotel with character
Capt Bartlett Inn is interesting and colorful. Service and hotel staff were excellent, but facilities are a bit old. Rooms are basic, but clean and everyting in working order. Do not expect a large chain hotel.
