very good deal
Extended Stay -Biltmore is a good deal for the traveler who needs to stay in a location for awhile. It is visiter friendly. The staff is attentive and helpful.

Will stay there again
The only thing my husband did not like was the breakfast. He said it was almost non-existant. Location was great, safe area and restaurants nearby.

This hotel was dirty and was anything but Deluxe
I thought this hotel would be pretty nice, not fancy but nice. It is close to a lot of nice places. I was staying because I had a business conference close by. This hotel was anything but nice. The pool was decent but they didn’t have any clean towels. The hallways stunk and were grimy. The room stunk and didn’t have a trash can. The bed was hard and the TV was a very old model. The bathroom floor had hair on it, YUCK! Their idea of a breakfast was a joke. They didn’t even have napkins laid out or sugar for the coffee. And there was nothing but a little bar of soap as amenities for the room. It looked like less than savory people stayed there. I was disappointed. I have stayed in a lot of modest as well as very nice hotels. This was one of the worst.
