Smoky Room
We asked for a non-smoking room, which we got - however it was obvious that a recent guest had been smoking a lot. Because we were only staying a night, we did not complain so I am unable to tell you if the would have corrected it. Also, when we arrived they wanted me to pay for the room, which I had already paid for through Expedia. After further investigation, they learned that I they had booked me twice and that I had paid for one and not the other. The confusion took a little too much effort for a one night stay.

We were disappointed in the hotel
The hotel staff tried their best to work through the problems. The first room had no door knob, and was under construction. The second room the air conditioner would not shut off was at a constant 55 degrees, and the bathtub did not drain while taking a shower. You can tell the staff cleans the rooms, however the rooms need some major work done to them.

bad hotel experience
We got to our hotel at 7 30 that night and our hotel was still not clean! It was so nasty, they had to move us to another room, but it also was not clean. We waited 30 minutes for the hotel staff to clean it. It booked a non smoking room, this one had obviously been smoked in. Each time the air conditioner would kick on, it popped. The pop was loud enough that it woke us up ever time. It was a terrible night’s sleep. The hotel was nothing special, the lobby was clean, the staff was alright. But we will defiantly not be going back.
