Convenience at a cost
Pluses: wheelchair access adequate, parking superb, TV works, services for two w/ micro & fridge. Great mattress/pillows. Minuses: pay for Wi-Fi, no shampoo, towel bar falling off wall, shower head minimal. Carpet & bedding just shy of nasty. OK for a couple days, not for a week.
Traveler's tip for business travelers
Keep a tiny bottle of shampoo for dishes at Extended Stay Am. You will also need it for hair, as they don’t provide it.

Needs some work
Could use some matinence. Clock did not work. Part of end table was coming apart. Coffee maker needed to be replaced. But the front desk people were accommedating and very friendly and the location and price were perfect for our needs.
