Needs to get its act together
Very disappointing. No fresh towels provided during my four day stay. No maid service. No shampoo provided. Garbage was in the stairwell on the second floor for over two days. Gross!

Ruth’s Chris Steak House at 96th and Keystone was nearby. Excellent food!!

Worst hotel from ten locations stayed throughout Indianapolis
The desk staff are polite. That’s where it ends. Entering the hallways-the place absolutely stinks. Smoke ridden carpets and leaks throughout the hallway. The non-smoking room smelled of mildew and must. However bathroom was clean. Worst part-Noise. The room directly above either weighed 500lbs each or were the most inconsiderate rednecks on the planet. Thumping persisted for three consecutive nights despite complaint to management. I left on the fourth day of a ten day stay when the water was not running in the shower. The desk stated ’maintenance are working on leaks’. Nice for them to advise us the guests at some stage with a call or note under the door. Pathetic. Demanded Expedia refund my cash and recommend unless you are drunk and have nowehere to stay that you spend an extra ten dollars per night and stay at the Radisson in Carmel.

Decent for the price
We just needed a place to crash as we were just passing through the area. It was inexpensive, relatively clean, and everything worked. Everything I would have expected.
