Nothing to write home about.
The staff was very nice and helpful. There wasn’t anything that was "bad" about the motel. It is just getting a little run down, beds were OK but not great. As in all places that cater to extended stays there were definitely a lot of people who were making this place home and so it wasn’t that great to look at. A lot of items were left around the rooms and vehicles that made it look a bit trashy. The location was Ok as you were close to the freeway and made it easy to get around.

If you are looking for a place to be closer to shopping, airport, or attractions, there are other places that would be better. Just a decent room for a low price.

OK for the price.
Price was cheap, you get what you pay for. A bit rundown, not shabby, but cracked concrete on the stairs. It needs some attention, probably because it isn’t brand new. Bed was fine. shower worked. Only restaurant nearby is Hooter’s. Others are miles away.

Cheap, but it shows
The hotel was very dirty and barely appeared to be cleaned during the last week. I found mounds of hair and dirt all over.
