Not clean
Extended Stay hotels say they are limit service. They should say no service. Since they only clean the rooms once a week they are filthy. This is the second Extended Stay I have stayed in and it will be the last. It was right next to a LOUD bar that stayed open until 3am-then the fighting in the parking lot began. I know there were empty rooms in that hotel but the guy at the front desk told me the only room they had was the one right by the LOUD bar.

Extended Stay America Cincinnati - Sharonville
I was totally dissatisfied with the hotel. It was under renovation and the first night or so, I believe that I may have been the only person staying there. I am terribly dissappointed as I somewhat depend on Expedia to sort out these things and steer the customer base around them. I chose Extended Stay at the urging of a friend, but it will be a while before I am willing to take that chance again. They didn’t even make the room at my request and agreement to pay - not on the day i requested anyway. Not a happy camper over this experience..

This was first time with Extended Stay America and won’t go back.
My main stay (Hampton Inn) was not in this area so thought I’d try Extended Stay. I found (Extended Stay) to be the most rundown and dirty room of the last several stays of many different hotel brands. If you must stay at Extended Stay.... do as I did and get a package of Lysol disinfecting wipes to wipe down the surfaces, phone, handles etc.
