Make Sure You’re Given Satisfactory Room
We arrived for a one night stay at 10:00 p.m. and thought we were being given a good deal when the desk "upgraded" us to a mini suite from the classic queen. We’d stayed here 4 years previously in a spacious, beautifully decorated 2 queen bedded room which we had booked directly with the hotel and loved it. So, this time we were quite stunned to receive a budget room the decorator clearly forgot. The dark, cheerless space was big enough but didn’t have a single picture on the walls, not a single table lamp. The drapes had been replaced by thin, cheap venetian blinds which failed to keep out the light from the hallway windows across the small interior courtyard. The heat didn’t work and the window in the nice bathroom wouldn’t close. At this hour we were simply too tired to complain, but I’d think twice about booking this hotel again.

IN GENERAL VERY GOOD. JUST ONE PROBLEM. WHAT ABOUT THE HEAT? THERE IS NOT AUTONOMY OF HEAT IN EVERY ROOM SEPARATELY. FROM THE DESK THEY TOLD ME THAT IT IS ON WHEN THE TEMPERATURE OUTSIDE IS LOW AND THE BOILER HAS BEEN ON. I DISAGREE, BUT... IN GENERAL, I REPEAT, IT IS VERY GOOD

New York’s best hotel
recommendable hotel in new york in case you do not want to spend a fortune location = subway very near lots of nice restaurant in the area (walking distance) near the central park ( good for a morning run) Staff was very friendly and well trained (all requests have been accomodated in a professional manner) Rooms were very clean Breakfast - well americans do not care about a good continental breakfast. In case you are interested in that there are plenty of starbucks arround the hotel Fitness Room was good - all machines were working properly (not always the case) I definitely would stay again in that hotel
