good, average hotel...

The room is not so clean as a expected Comfort Inn

The room was not so clean. It had a smell of dead air. I informed the head of cleaner that the desk lamp was burnt but nobody changed the light bulb. Finally I requested a light bulb from the front desk and changed it myself. I didn’t get a parking space for 3 three nights.

Not as clean as it looks in the pictures.

This hotel looks really nice in the pictures but it is not at all. The elevator to get up to our room was the dirtiest elevator i’ve ever seen. For the price, I guess you get what you pay for. I was really surprised that the free breakfast was pretty good. I guess if your trying to save money and you want to be close to Disneyland than this hotel is "ok" I wouldnt ever stay here again.

An okay place to stay for reasonable price and proximity to local attractions

The Hotel was decent, but the management lacked professionalism. When we checked in, it took way too long and though we booked our rooms at the same time, the two rooms were in completely different areas of the Hotel. Housekeeping was prompt and courteous. The Hotel advertised brand new bedding, but there were cigarette burns and tears in the comforter (even though we stayed in Non-Smoking rooms).

Good place to stay for the price!

Very reasonable for the price and location. The room was clean, and the beds were very comfortable. There was a baby’s crib left in our room when we first arrived, but the front office had it removed shortly after. (We didn’t have to ask, they called us on their own.) The only complaint that I had was about the drain in the bathtub. It seemed a little clogged, since the water didn’t drain out very quickly during showers.

Disappointed

First of all we were not given correct directions to the room - all the odd numbers are on one side, even on the other. We wandered around on the wrong side and had to go back down 3 floors to get directions from the office clerk. When we did finally get to our room the key didn’t work. So we had to go back and get them activated. Then we got settled in and headed for the hot tub - which I had called the hotel to verify it was in working condition. Well, it worked all right, but the heat had been turned off. We were told it could be turned on, but thought it would take several hours to heat - so no hot tub for us. When we checked out we asked to talk to the manager about our complaints and we were told that we could leave a phone number and they would call us. No phone call - no acknowledgment at all. On that particular day - very poor customer service.

it was nice.

We were there for a Pepper Concert at the house of blues. For the price and its location it was nice. The staff was nice and the hotel was clean. They have a mini fridge so it was nice being able to stop by a store and pick up a few things.

Nice Stay

We stayed at the hotel for business and later attended a wedding in Fullerton. We enjoyed our stay. The front desk lady was very nice and professional. The room was clean and had nice accommodation. Free Wi-Fi was nice to have, not real fast, but convenient. The parking was good. The only thing was there was not vending machine near room. The location of the hotel was nice, right off the 91 freeway, yet quite (we were on the south side). The exit of the hotel a little odd, it was a one way only. Other than that, very nice stay.

Very close to Disneyland. Centrally located in Orange County. Close to parks, college, shopping, down town Fullerton, and movies. Close to the 5, 55, and 22 freeways.

Better than I expected

My family & I enjoyed our stay. We reccomend it.

Disneyland only

This place is really good if you are going to Disneyland all day and only sleeping there (only three miles away). Run down exterior (chipped plaster, bad paint job). Daily Continental Breakfast was adequate, but had large group of motel housekeeping staff take over room each morning. Neighborhood kids came to pool at night. Beds are SUPER comfortable! Hot Tub was broken during our stay. No shuttle, but discount low price offset daily parking charge at DLand.

Packing snacks for DLand? No grocery store close, but good refrigerators in rooms.

On the Fence

Very standard (or below). We wanted to check-out before we could actually check-in. The location was actually convenient, since we wanted to go to Disneyland and Knott’s Berry (it was nearly central). After buying some Febreze it wasn’t so bad. I would recommend this hotel, after warning of the initial worry of location(about 2.5 miles from Disneyland), being pretty run down, service was slow, breakfast was OK (less than any hotel I’ve been to in the last couple of years), and if you are only there for sleep. Although,I did like the waffles. For the price, fair choice. I personally would not stay again.

Very nice

Only problem was the maid service could not speak english at all. A few mistakes occured, but minor. Good price for the area. We will stay there again.

Not Impressed

Decent for sleep. Not a place to relax...broken hot tub was a disappointment.

Enjoy our stay

I enjoy my stay at the Comfort Inn Anaheim. I went with my two kids and husband. We were happy with our stay there and for the price it was good deal. I would recommend this hotel to others. We would stay there again.

Great room for a great price

Great room, especially for the price. It was very close to the convention center and there were lots of places to eat nearby. The staff was very friendly and the room had several amenities that weren’t expected like a microwave, refrigerator, hair dryer, and coffee maker. I would definitely stay there again.

Good room for under $100.00

Our hotel room was a lot bigger and better than we expected--room smelled damp, bedsheets smelled clean though. The parking lot was extremely small, so parking was difficult. This hotel is a good 10 minute drive from Disneyland, but there’s another Comfort Inn that’s right by it--make sure you book the right one. Overall, I rate the hotel a 7 out of 10.

There’s no good restaurants around the hotel so expect to drive about 10-15 before seeing familiar restaurants

Worse Hotel Night Ever!

Everything could go wrong went wrong for us at this hotel. First we requested a non-smoking room and got a smoking room. Than they moved us to a literal dump - pee in the toilet, hair in the shower, leaking faucet, stains on the carpet, chair and sheets, smoke smells, broken TV remonte, mis-matched furniture, not to mention the fire alarm started to beep at 6 am in the morning and we spent the next 30 minutes to deal with it. We have a 2 year old, so we didn’t want to move hotels at 1 am in the morning and we put with the the misery. All we asked was a comfortable place to crash for the night. This place was a nightmare!

Great Place to stay

Hotel was very clean, the beds were the best I have slept in, for a hotel of this category nice fluffy pillows. It was close to the freeway so we asked for a room on the other side very quiet!. The only bad thing was the ice maker was broken, not a big deal. Breakfast was nice make your own waffles and nice selection of pastires/ breads. Well worth the money. 4 miles from Disneyland.

Great Price

Rooms are nice and a great size for the price although a little off the beaten path. The hotel is located in a nicer residential area with great a great shopping center just a block away. The only downside was there were only two towels in the room and no wash cloths. When asking the front desk I was told that housekeeping would drop them by and we never received any.

Way Better Than I Expected !!!

I have stayed in many disneyland hotels. I chose this one due to the price and the rating that seemed high for the price. Other hotels in the area have ignored me, charged for every little thing, and basically made it seem like I was lucky to stay there. This hotel was completely different. Our party arrived at 9am and was allowed to check in early. They offered us the continental breakfast, which included make your own waffles(couldn’t be easier with their set-up), fresh fruit, and juices/milk. They sent housekeeping up to the room while we were all at breakfast. After breakfast, our room was ready and we were able to move on to even better things.

This hotel is heads and shoulders above all of the others with comparable prices. Don’t be afraid to give this one a try!

save money on the hotel and spend it on fun and food...

clean, decent room with fridge and microwave...pool, just off the highway exit and close to shopping and we found out close to Disney...ask for a room that doesn’t face the freeway

get directions to Pat and Oscar restauraunt a couple exits down (beach) and feed the whole family a nutritional, tasty dinner for very little money...

Fine, service could improve.

We checked in at 10:00 pm and were not allowed to be in the lobby. Instead we had to do our registration at the rob-proof window, which was more like carrying out a gas purchase transaction at an inner city gas station. The wireless reception at the inn was too weak to enable proper connection to the internet. The room was clean and relatively comfortable.

a decent room near I-91

The room was clean, neat, convenient location, free wi-fi, mircowave and fridge are hard to beat for the price. The only draw back is that the window isn’t double pane, so the noise from outside the room rather annoying.

over all stay

Not impressed with many aspects. Maid service not the best (hard to get what was asked for as far as basic needs.) Very noisey much of time. Mostly due to pool right outside room. It stayed open very late. Not good when trying to sleep. However, the desk clerk seemed to know area and gave good directions to places of interest. Over all, though, would NOT recommend it for maid service and noise level. If you are looking for relaxation and peace and quiet, this hotel is NOT for you.
