Hotel management very rude not helpful at all when lost and asking them how to get back to the hotel. Not friendly at all

Avoid at all costs
Do yourself a favor and keep driving. There’s a better place to stay. I needed to stay there due to Hurricane Ike (I live in Houston). When I arrived, the clerk was yelling at someone trying to check in because of a lost reservation (the customer had a confirmation number). I finally get checked in and didn’t stay long. Yes, I did not get a refund and stayed elsewhere. It was that uncomfortable. The entire hotel smelled like sweat and curry. The room was filthy, the air conditioning blew warm air (on a hot Texas day), 3 out of 4 lamps did not work, carpet looked like someone threw up on it and it never got cleaned, the phone did not work, and the bed was lumpy. The neighborhood does not appear to be the best and I’m not convinced it’s very close to Love Field. Summary: Stay away unless you enjoy exercises in frustration and staying in inadequate hotels.
