Room excellent
The breakfast items, sadly lacking!! NO meat, no cookies,no oranges, donut selection, minimal. Coffee was very good. I believe the extremely STRONG emphis on a tip was unneeded. Hallway needed a bit of sprucing. Valet cart dirty and unkept.

STAY AWAY FROM RAYAN’S WHICH IS NEARBY. Shoney’s as per normal is very good. When in Springfield, alway have to enjoy Braum’s-bad for the waist line!!

So-So For What I Paid
The hotel was okay, but next time I’ll spend a few more dollars and go somewhere nicer. We were traveling with another couple and their baby and they were originally placed in a smoking room after having requested non-smoking. The hotel staff was very courteous about the change, but it was a hassle nonetheless. There were dead bugs in the bathroom, so that was disturbing, and the hallways wreaked of old smoke. The jacuzzi jets weren’t working, but the breakfast was decent enough (par for the course).

the staff were professional yet friendly and anticipating your every need. and ample comfort food for free continental breakfast. room service was quick and effeciant
