Hotel lobby nice, room not so much
We booked last minute and got a great deal on the room. However we didn’t realize that a "Standard" room didn’t have a window. The room was stuffy due to no fresh air. The bed was old, really soft and springy. The breakfast was great and the price was reasonable for a place to stay. If the room had a window, it would have made a difference.

Not much below the gloss
Reception and lobby very grand but main lifts were not working and signage to the service lifts non-existent. Room smelt incredibly strongly of cigarette smoke and three empty packets still in bedside drawer. Bed covering was tatty looking blanket and tatty looking throwover so i just slept with the sheets. Room layout itself was fine but all the trappings were poor and I wouldn’t be returning.

3rd timer and will return
This is the 3rd time I have stayed at the Sachas. The rooms are always clean - nice bathrooms. I love the proximity to both Victoria and Piccadilly train stations. Also, a Metro stop is less than a block away. Good choice of restaurants and pubs nearby.

The hotel is nearby the Arndale Shopping Centre. Any shop you need is at The Arndale.
