Worst Hotel Experience of our Lives
We were given 2 towels for a family of five. We asked for more towels and were told it would be a problem, even though the door to the laundry room was open and we could have just walked in and gotten them ourselves. Finally after 2 hours we got 2 more towels. Our TV was very fuzzy & blurry. Three different members of the family who run the place had to come in and attempt to fix it. The bath tub drain didn’t operate. When we told the manager, he said my husband just didn’t understand how to "operate it, it very simple." Finally their maintenance guy came, saw it was in fact broken, and fixed it. Breakfast was not very good and we were told (rudely - I guess the manager was angry at us for complaining about the broken TV, broken bathtub, and needing towels) to clean up our mess - like we wouldn’t? The owners were very rude to us the entire time. The only good thing I can say is the room was clean! But we will never stay at the Days Inn Pinole again.
This isn’t a good hotel for families. The ’spa’ is little more than outdoor sewage pit, and there is no fitness room despite their claim that there is one. They are NOT child-friendly at this hotel.

Stay somewhere else
Small hotel, small rooms, not very well kept up. Continental breakfast had dry cereal but no milk, and no juice.

Bug Hotel
This room had so many ladybugs in it I ended up having to shoo them out of my luggage. One step up from a Cockroach hotel. Not impressed. Although I should have suspected it when they billed me a week before the stay.
