Parking lot
The parking lot was a diaster. Hotel was re-paving the parking lot, no signs to indicate this, guests has to park on the lawn.

You get what you pay for...
I’d stayed at a Microtel some years back - one that was brand-new and shiny, and it was quite good. With that in mind, I reserved 4 nights at the Microtel in Lawrenceville. Honestly, it wasn’t bad at all. The room was a little dingy, but it wasn’t filthy at all. Service was done properly on it every day. Only problem: The parking lot didn’t exist. Devastating rains in the Atlanta area caused a massive sinkhole, which turned the parking lot into a crater. Many guests parked on wet grass, and got stuck. I parked across the street, at a nursing home parking lot. My limited interaction with the staff showed them to be courteous, polite, and helpful. No complaints about that.
