Best Embassy Suites in Austin
The hotel is new and the best Embassy Suites I’ve stayed in in Austin (don’t go to the one on I-35). The staff is friendly, and the breakfast cooked to order is great. My only complaint is that the cleaning staff missed my room twice during an 8-day stay, and I had to call the front desk to have it cleaned. Maybe it was the location of the room, since they cleaned every room around mine -- just not mine. On a couple other occasions, they cleaned the room very late in the day. The quality of the cleaning itself, however, was fine.

Austin get-away
I was greetedly promptly and courteously. With my only request for a quiet and peaceful evening the staff provided this perfectly. The front desk also made suggestions regarding dinner and even directed me to the nearest Starbucks. This visit ranks second to none and am planning a weekend away with my husband to this hotel based on this experience. Thank you for the excellent service!

Very Relaxing
Great time. Everyone veryone was customer oriented. Derek was great. We didn’t get a king bed like stated but it was fine so we didn’t bring it up. All and all had a great time.Will stay there again.
