Horrible bed, bad smells, halls and elevator uncooled
In the past Ive really trusted Ramada Inn, but this hotel stay ended THAT. Sofa bed couch so uncomfortable and caved in it could not be sat on, stained chairs, bed horrifically uncomfortable, all bedding had holes from cigarettes. Elevator and halls not cooled, and had very, very strong chemical and must smell. Extremely unpleasant to use either the hall or the elevator. Staff okay.

Will not go back
When I first went to my assigned room, the window was wide open and the room smelled as if someone had been sick. We noticed on the floor by the window where the maid had tried to clean up something but obviously had not succeeded. So we went back downstairs to get a different room. According to the clerk, no one in room service had notified her that there was a problem with that room. She did give us a different room which was fine. Still not overly clean, but at least better. The breakfast buffet had just the bare minimum. Nothing that excited my appetite.

Not quite!
Mostly the room was nice and was in a good area of the city. It was advertised as having a balcony but, the "balcony" overlooked the indoor pool with no outside view. The pool water was quite dirty as I could not see to the bottom. Therefore, I didnt swim.
