professional and helpful
Very helpful staff particularly for room service and dining room, a little less at the concierge desk. very modern, clean and professional. Kind of far away from the tourist sites of Istanbul, if you are in town for leisure is probably not the most practical choice.

a nice hotel in the new part of the city; 15 minutes away from the old city. Excellent breakfast and personal attention.

Modern and reasonable location
This hotel is a great value. It was very close to the subway. The room was really good and clean. The buffet breakfast offers a wide selection, including a variety of Turkish specials. The staff was extremely helpful. I plan to return someday with friends. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
