Nice Hotel not the best location
Older style hotel but in good condition. Rooms could do with updating but perfectly acceptable. Nice outdoor pool and good gym.Usual Marriott imenities came up to scratch. We had a rate inclusive of breakfast which whilst plentiful was not the best in terms of quality and choice. As hinted at in other reviews the hotel is rather difficult to get in and out of in a car and forget walking anywhere but thats not unusual in Texas.

Good price, good hotel, good location
The hotel was very nice and we have stayed there several times. However, during our latest stay we were assigned a room on the second floor facing the lobby area, restaurant, and bar. It was a bit noisy in the morning. Next time I will request a room on a higher floor with a view of the city rather than the inside of the hotel.

Ask for a room with a city view and not the inside of the hotel.

A Few Issues - But Overall GREAT.
The room & king size bed were very nice and well kept. The room was definitely worth the small fortune (for a college student). Certain aspects of the room had gone unnoticed when it was last cleaned, but these things were small. (Coffee grounds still in the coffee pot; the bottle of lotion had already been opened.) I was overall extremely pleased with the quality of the room, and generally pleased with the cleanliness.
