Cleanliness of hallways,elevator
The elevators needed to be vacuumed. The hallways also, fresh paint needed. One of our rooms needed better air-conditioning. Cleaning staff were overly-eager to clean, as they knocked on our door (to start cleaning) at 9:00 a.m.

not up to Ramada standards
I’ve stayed at Ramadas before - this one seemed really old, dated, and a bit smelly.
