not impressed
there was chewed gum stuck to the pictures and the room stank of cigarettes and.....something. the carpet was wet from a leak somewhere...not my favorite place to have ever stayed.

Nice room for the price
Our only problem was that we had requested a non-smoking room and the room we initially received smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. Management immediately moved us to another room with no problems.

Good Value
I purchased through expedia and got a very good deal. The Hotel was better than average at that price. There is nothing but a Gas Station/Mini Mart in walking distance. Nearby Interstate traffic can be noisy for some, but this is Otter creek Arkansas, there’s not that much traffic. They have a Coin Op washer and dryer by the pool.
