Smelled like smoke
Even though the room was non-smoking, it reeked of cigarettes when we entered the room. The bathroom was not very clean, either. The only bright side to my stay was the nice gentleman at the counter who let my fiance into the room until my flight arrived.

Derby Madness
we requested twin non smoking rooms We were placed in smoking rooms. They were unable to accomodate us with like accomodations However they set up a king room with a cot. Cot was not the most comfortable It was a good effort however a little short of what we had been confirmed for.
