Friendly, helpful staff
My sister and I stayed here for 4 nights. We found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. We were especially pleased with the front desk attendant. We asked her to take a picture of us together, and she was very co-operative, taking several shots and being caring of the quality of the phots she took. The hotel was very clean and nice. They also have good biscuits and gravy for breakfast!
We ate dinner at Gorozzo’s and it was delicious, with exceptionally good service from our waitress. We also attended a broadway play at the Kansas City Music Hall, and it is was fun and a beautiful building.

Good price, convenient location.
We were looking for a place to stay that was close to the airport for an early morning flight. I chose the Fairfield Inn, because it was reasonably priced. I was pleasantly surprised to find that it was exceptionally quiet - much quieter than a place we had stayed the previously night (away from the airport). We also received pleasant service, a clean, nicely decorated room, and a ride to the airport. It was a little difficult to find based on just the address. The street was clearly marked, so we had to ask for directions. I would call the hotel in advance. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and very reasonably priced.
