Bad from the beginning
This was a bad experience from the beginning! I had reserved a non-smoking room which they did not have and I had to take smoking. The room smelled awful! Then at 4:30 AM the guests in the next room began fighting and yelling at the top of their lungs. After about 45 minutes of this my husband went down stairs to complain. The desk clerk said someone else had already called down and complained, so he called the room to ask them to hold down the noise. They cussed him out and told him they paid for the room and could do what they wanted. So, he was not going to contact them again. The fighting and screaming went on for 2 hours! We feel that he should have done something more because we other guests paid for our rooms also!!

one of the best
i really recommend this hotel to everyone. my room was very comfortable the staff was attentive.No problems with anything at all.
