Pleasant accommodations.

The hotel was very pleasant. It was near our family and convenient to the center where we had the family reunion.

Quiet and Comfortable

My two children and I were very comfortable here. The room was clean and well-lit, there was no noise in the adjoining rooms or hallways to keep the children awake, and all the bathroom fixtures were operating properly. When I accidentally touched my room key to my cell phone, thus demagnetizing the strip, I had to return to the front desk to have the problem fixed. There was no one at the desk and when I called the desk from the lobby telephone to get someone’s attention, the female daytime clerk was quite rude when I explained what I needed. Other than that one incident, all the encounters we had with hotel staff were pleasant. Breakfast in the hotel was also pleasant with plenty of choices for both children and adults, all fresh. Frankly I was surprised to be so impressed with the lodging at such a low price.

Business traveler with high expectations

This was a great hotel. I learned that it was recently re-opened after being bought by this chain. The hotel was extremely clean. The room had all the amenities needed. The bed was great and lots of hot water. The staff were very professional and everything was terrific. I need to return to Columbia City and will stay here again.

Traveler's tip on dining

Very limited dining availability. You are not going to even find some of the chains, mostly just fast food.
