Horrible, Horrible Hotel!!!!
This hotel was so horrible that when we stayed the first night before our cruise, we paid, but refused to stay a week later when coming home from our cruise. They claim they have a free shuttle, but fail to let you know that it only runs from 8am to 9pm, and then even when we did come in to the port of Miami at 8am, they refused to come pick us up until 12 noon. That was the icing on the cake and I called expedia to book a different hotel. This hotel was horrible and had an awful odor when walking in the door, as well as NO water pressure and no hot water. It was so bad, you COULDN’T EVEN TAKE A SHOWER! Awful Hotel! I wouldn’t recommend it!

Miami’s Best (Cheap, Comfortable and Clean) Hotel.
Overall, I have to recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a cheap place to stay. Iwas well worth it if there are two traveller since you’ll cut the price in half. The place was clean and comfortable and the shower had hot water. They have a restaurant on site, but I didn’t go, even though there is a discount offered, so you might want to give it a shot. The free wireless connection was good and fast too. The only thing that was a draw back for me was the hotel didn’t have heater or it didn’t work. Now I realise this is Miami, but this January there were a few days that the temperature dropped to 32F (or 0C). That’s right, freezing temperature. I don’t know how well the A/C worked because I had no need to use it. This aside the location is good and the building is well situated. I will definately stay here again next time I’m in Miami. WORST Miami Hotel
This should be called WORST Miami Hotel. The free shuttle service from the airport cost us $40 .. because we were either told to wait until 1230pm (it was 9am) or take a cab. We were never reimbursed. We asked to speak to the manager, gave her our cell phone #, and we never heard from her. Everytime we went to ask for her, she was always on a "conference call". The room was disgusting. Mildew, water stains, the sheets felt like the guests before us ate in them and they were never cleaned. Overall, horrible experience with awful customer service. Stay somewhere else, not worth the hassle.
