Not worth the price & Dirty!
We travel to the Schaumburg area about 4 times a year, because our whole family still lives nearby. We have stayed in a few different hotels in the area and we wanted to try something new, big mistake! We travel as a big family and usually need two rooms, As soon as we walked into our room, it had a funny smell. As I was looking around I noticed he couches where stained, there was hair and mold in the shower, and the toilet never stopped running and in the corner of the rooms there where huge piles of dust and dirt. I noticed that you stuck to the floor as you walked, looked closer and thought wow the surface is coming off the wood flooring. Called down stairs at 9:30ish and said the room wasn’t very clean, front desk apologized asked if I wanted another room, at this point the children are tired and I declined and asked for the floor to be cleaned in the morning. Next day I caught room service “after” they cleaned our room and request she wash the floor and at that point we realized the whole floor was just disgustingly dirty! We will never stay at this hotel again! It’s not worth the money; we are going back down the street to our old hotel.

Good stay
Hotel was in remodel but never any noise or mess. Room was fantastic, good is not good enough. Staff very friendly. Very good breakseast bar, could do that every day. Only detraction I could find was the Starbuck coffee and it was neet to see people dumping it, I was beginning to think that I was the only one that did not like the stuff. Plenty of juice and tee to replace it. We will be going back.

problem with hot breakfast
The hotel room was good, but the advertised hot breakfast was a major disapointment. They were under staffed and everyone had to wait for food including bacon, eggs, and they ran out of french toast, fruit, and muffins. They also could not keep up with the coffee. She said it was like that every weekend.

Woodfield Mall nearby is excellent, maybe almost better than Mall of America
