Would stay at a LaQuita again
The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was great and a lot of choices.

Showdown in San Antonio
Quality of breakfast was very poor, with more water in the orange juice than juice, and very limited variety of breakfast offerings (almost all carbohydrates and very little proteins). The mattress in our room was very uncomfortable, as the middle of the mattress had no support. We requested this be taken care of by the front desk, and when we returned to our room that afternoon, it seemed to us that the problem had been addressed. Unfortunately, all that had been accomplished was that the mattress had been turned over, and by the next morning we were in the same uncomfortable position as before. We did like our room, the hotel’s location and ease for getting downtown, and the staff hospitality. Please upgrade the breakfast menu options.

Great location and price in downtown San Antonio
Stayed three nights and was pleased. If you are looking for convenience of location and accessibility to the highway, this is it. Clean, comfortable and close to River Walk and good eats; the La Quinta Downtown offers great overall value.
