inconvenienced by staff
we were shuttled to busch gardens for the day wth a 6pm pickup. no one showed up . we had to call the hotel to summons the driver. the desk clerk was very abrupt and rude when i asked to speak to the manager about this. i feel that some kind of compensation was due to the people who were inconvenienced. shame on you BEST WESTERN i am surprised and disappointed in you

Value for Money Spent
Our visit to Tampa was solely for a visit to Busch Gardens and this hotel is conveniently located near this attraction. The front office, customer service, particularly Ms. Priyanka, was very friendly and helpful. The suite was quite comfortable with appropriate amenities. Rooms have a sofa bed, so if travelling in groups, you could take advantage of this. Carpet needs thorough cleaning though and the housekeepers should learn how to communicate in English - on two occasions we had to communicate via sign language. I hope the swimming pool is fixed now:-( The patrons at the bar should be encouraged to tone down their noise too.
Traveler's tip on getting the most out of your stay
The hotel is some distance from the shopping malls, nightlife and other recreational activities (other than Busch Gardens), please rent a car for convenience rather than use taxis. Taxis took 10-30 minutes to get to the hotel upon request and are pricy if one has to travel around.

Great hotel
We were very pleased with this hotel
Hot breakfast is very limited so don’t get too excited. No oatmeal or grits. Mostly eggs and sausage.
