Not at all Impressed
When reserving this hotel online, I saw the Name Ramada and figured that it would be a nice place to stay, plus the low price was appealing because of my budget. But in retrospective I would have rather paid some extra money to get a nicer place. You can tell that this used to be a nice quality hotel, but it must have fallen into some bad hands because the maintenance and upkeep have obviously not been kept up to par. Plus this hotel is actually quite a ways away from Savannah, so much so that it was an hour drive to the ocean. Overall I would just not recommend this hotel unless you were on so tight of a budget that it was the only option.

Adequate
Better than the 1.5 star rating. I generally stay at 2 stars or less and would return to this place. Bed, AC, TV, carpet, bathroom and breakfast were good.
Traveler's tip on dining
Not a lot of non-fast food options in the area. Only one place nearby (seafood), plus one sports bar. Had to drive 5 miles for restaurant.
