Great hotel
We were in town for a Syracuse football weekend and were extremely impressed. Room and hotel facilities were excellent and hotel was only several blocks from the campus. Staff was very helpful and congenial. The hotel even provided a shuttle service to downtown restaurants and shopping locations. The only suggestion we have is that they need to have more wait staff present for Sunday breakfast service. The wait staff that waited on us were very good, just not enough of them. Will certainly stay there again when in town.

Nice hotel, couple of minor issues
We enjoyed the hotel, except for one thing: a second elevator was out in the annex building where we stayed, and with only one sloooow elevator, it was a long wait to get to the room. Also, in the shower, there was no soap/shampoo holder or receptable, so you had to place everthing gingerly on the rim of the bath -- poor design. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay, good location, nice staff, nice bar. We were upgraded to a suite, so that was thoughtful and nice.

Customer service was outstanding
The hotel overall is beautiful, and the customer service of the staff was outstanding. My room was a little bit small, but had everything I needed for my stay. The TV wasn’t working, and I placed a request for it to be fixed before going out to dinner, and by the time I returned, it was fixed. I enjoyed my stay and look forward to staying there again.
