Everything was very clean and the employees were very friendly
I think this is one of the nicer hotels that we have stayed at. Good breakfast

2nd stay!
We liked this hotel so much the first time we’ve already been back again. The service was great - we had something sticky on the carpet and someone came and cleaned it right away. My only complaint was the temperature in the room - it was set at about 80 degrees when we came in and took hours to cool down.

Just off the interstate - an easy trip to Miller Park & Froedtert and Children’s Hospital

Great minivacation
Greatly expanded continental breakfast. Two staff refilled food. The pool area was very nice. Staff responded to a request of more towels for the pool immediately. Check-in went quickly. The location of the hotel was perfect for going to the zoo. It was so nice to have 2 queen beds instead of the usual doubles. The attached Outback Restaurant wasn’t anything to write home about either in service or quality of food.

Ask staff for directions to the zoo instead of using Mapquest. There was a much quicker route than mapquest.
