Decent place to stay
Location not the best in Tunica. Limited access to casinos and attractions. Lack of any non-smoking section in restaurants made dining unpleasant. Hotel room itself was clean.

Room good, food not so good
The room was very clean and very comfortable. The bed was memory foam and came very close to the expensive one we have at home. When we needed things, housekeeping was prompt in filling the request. Food was expensive because they only had meal deals on Friday and Saturday night. Slots at ALL casinos in Tunica weren’t paying. The pool was so crowded with kids that there wasn’t room for adults. Tunica is not even close to Las Vegas style. Bring lots of gambling money and plan to leave it in Tunica.

Plan to do other things like shopping or going on a day trip to Memphis. Waffle House was the best meal deal in Tunica.

Nice Casino/Hotel very rude wait staff
The Casino overall is nice with the Hollywood, props, displays, video clips & movie posters as you see at Planet Hollywood. They have a 50’s diner to go with the motif of the casino. The room was very accommodating too with nice furnishings except for the black hairs in the tube and toilet. I had rude service at the buffet and in the diner. At the breakfast buffet, the waitress spoke to me in a condescending matter because, I couldn’t find the ketchup and had to ask for it. The lady who made my omelet was rude also and deliberately took her time. I ate at the 50’s diner after 9:00 PM and it took 10 minutes to get seated & they were slow. Several of the wait staff walked by and didn’t acknowledge 3 people in line. The lady behind me said, telling by the people they hire here, I would not complain or they will spit in your food. The man who worked at the gift shop was not friendly and wouldn’t check to see if they had a sweat shirt in my size. There wasn’t any entertainment in the bar area either so I stayed in my room where they offered free wireless internet which was nice.
