Not that great
I needed a hotel to stay at for a brief 3 nights and chose this hotel. The good side was that our bed was comfy and and the complimentary breakfast was pretty good (waffle maker,cereal, bagels,juice,milk, coffee, and fruit)and it was located near every store imaginable. BUT the room had nasty filthy vents in the shower that had layers of filth on them and the bathroom was very tiny with an akward set up (hard to move around if sharing with a spouse. They advertise having a pool...which they do, but that was also disgusting and filthy and no one would attempt to go in it.It was so hot and we were disappointed that we couldn’t use it. The elevator seemed as though it was about to fall apart too! Hotel needs better management to fix this place up!
don’t stay here if you are on a family vacation.

Needs Improvement
Overall for the price I would have like to stay in a nicer up-to-date hotel. The room was spacious, but the furniture was old and had dents & scratches...it was old! The staff was very friendly and the room was clean. I would suggest that they have the air on in the rooms before a guest checks in. It was very hot in the room and it took for ever to cool off.

The Natural Science Museum is close by & interesting. Good location for resturants & shopping.

Decent Hotel
The registration was very simple and the staff was nice. We had a non smoking room but the room smelled like stale smoke. The room was clean and it was a very quiet atmosphere.We were somewhat disappointed with the breakfast but overall we would recommend the hotel.
