great room, great place to stay, convenient location
We got a queen suite and paid the same price for it as we pay for a regualr room at another Marriott nearby. At Residence Inn we got a kitchenette, where at the other place we didnt even have a micro or minifridge, we also got a great room, very big and spacious w- a seperate living room area. The pool was great, they were cleaning it every morning. Everyone we met there was very very nice. It does not have a balcony or patio though, that would have been nice. The only really bad thing was the mattress was a little more on the firm side and me being 6 months pregnant it was not very comfortable for me to sleep on but my husband and my 2 yr old slept great. Also the walls are very well padded b/c we didnt har anything of our neighbors and they seemed to have a full house
Traveler's tip on dining
Definitely suggest driving up to Merietta, take the Windy Hill exit, turn Left adn go to a restaurant on the right called Pappadeaux.... great cajun creole food. And also there is a nice little mall near by
