Nice Hotel for short time visitors.
Very clean, nice furniture, friendly staff, and shuttle bus (each 30 minute) to O’Hare airport is very convenient and helpful. Very good fitness center and in-door swimming pool. The metro station is nearby. The hotel rate is very reasonable, compare to those in downtown Chicago.

The hotel as a whole was very clean. The employees were all friendly. Room service was quick and accurate. If you order food from outside the hotel, ask the staff which restaurants are reliable. We waited for 2 hours on a pizza- and the restaurant manager quibbled about giving a discount- consequently, the pizza was cold and nasty.
