One of the nicest Embassy Suites we have stayed at
This was one of the nicest Embassy Suites we have stayed at. It was very clean and the rooms were great. I always sleep really well when I stay at Embassy Suites because the beds are so comfy, and this trip was no different. The free happy hour/snacks is always a nice touch, and the free breakfast was good...but some of the stuff on the buffet was a bit cold (eggs). The pool was nice, and so was the jacuzzi. There are lots of restaurants nearby and the front desk even helped us find a good pizza place to order delivery from. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Very accomodating
We were in town for our daughter’s wedding. They grouped our relatives all together which was really appreciated.

Always Dependable; Showing a few signs of cost-cutting
I’ve been staying at this hotel for several years. I noticed this time a few signs of cutting-back of the previously excellent service. The understaffed housekeeping service had to whisk through the room each day--the room was kept clean, but not as sparkling as it used to be. The buffet used to be splendid, but the selection of fresh fruit was smaller and there was no longer non-fat yogurt. (Thanks for the non-fat milk however!) I noticed that most of the clientele were happy with the high-sugar and fat content of the buffet so in this case the hotel was probably reacting to the demands of the larger public. Staff continued to be cheerful and helpful as always.
