Have visited numerous times

I have stayed at this hotel at least ten times in the last 3 years and as long as I can reach a satisfactory rate it is my preferred place to stay. I have pets that I travel with and this hotel is pet friendly in addition to being top quality. Rooms are large and generous in size the kitchen area is large enough to be practical. Outside grounds are clean and pleasant. I have nothing but positive recommendations for this facility. Furthermore, the breakfast with a great waffle maker is a fun bonus. What can I say, my experiences have been very good.

Awful Customer Service--Buyer Beware

I was not pleased with my stay. When I arrived to enter the lobby, the door was locked and you had to push a button/intercom to announce who you were. When I entered the lobby, the reception clerk looked like she was seeing a ghost and clearly was uncomfortable and agitated. All of a sudden, a guard comes out and starts walking back and forth twice behind me while I was standing at the reception desk, verifying my reservation and asking if they had my Marriott Rewards number. I kept a smile on my face as I had just landed from an evening flight and didn’t want to give into the awful behaviors around me. I was given a room on the first floor, which I do not like to receive since I am a woman traveling alone and prefer a higher floor. When I asked to be moved to another room, another reception clerk with piercings and dyed hair whispered into the ear of the woman that was helping me, and then told me ’no, we don’t have another room, NASCAR is in town.’ When I got in my room and locked the door, there was the smell of perfume like someone had just got out of there and was hiding their smell. The mattress was old and stiff, and the springs were being covered up by multiple sheets. The TV set is across the room from the bed, and you have to use two remote controls--one to turn the TV/volume control, the other remote for changing the channels. Overall, this was a bad hotel choice made worse by the poor customer evening service I experienced on Feb 21, 2007.

Traveler's tip for business travelers

Make sure to go grocery shopping (if you are staying longer than 2 days) before checking into your room if arriving in the evening/late afternoon--there is a kitchen in the room and you can cook your own meals. Though the hotel offers to shop for your groceries during the day, I wouldn’t trust them.

I loved staying at this hotel, it was very comfertuble and i felt right at home. I would deffinantly recomend staying there.

Ontario Mills Mall is just around the couner so if you want to go shopping, see a movie, or grab some food, it not far away.
