Cleaniness for carpet is terrible
I stayed at the premier spa suite and it should be as good as other hotel’s as mentioned room grade. There were too many lice on the carpet and toilet is not clean enough. Above all, toilet should be renovated asap.

Good - but not quite
The room was clean and pleasant, the staff helpful, however the pool and gym were unavailable which was not specified when booking. The breakfast was ok but there was a smell in the restaurant area which was off putting. With the exception of these two gripes I’d recommend the hotel

Great service!!!!
Rydges South Park Adelaide had exceptional service and all though going through renovations the place is very nice. The restaurant on the top level was awesome, the food was delicious. Will definitely go there agian.
Traveler's tip on saving a few bucks
There is a tram on King William st that will take you to the city for free or to Gleneg for a few bucks.

Good Location
Good location a few blocks walk to the free bus service. Across from park very convenient to train station. Great view from Restaurant. Food was very good, service good as well.
Traveler's tip on local attractions
Take the free tram around the city. The city market is a great place to sample local food and see and meet people.

Great location in Adelaide!
This hotel is located approximately 15 minutes from the airport and is in the CBD’s SW corner. It was very convenient to local attractions, had a very courteous and helpful hotel staff, and our room had a nice view of the CBD. Off street FREE parking was definitely a bonus! If we were to visit Adelaide again, we would definitely consider this hotel.
