neeneh riverwalk holiday inn
This hotel was very nice. Updated rooms and friendly staff. Wonderful Sunday brunch. In a lovely area.

It was OK
When we went swimming the next morning, there were no towels in the pool room. We went and asked the front desk for towels for the pool and all we got out of her was "were all out." When we needed towels in our room, we couldn’t get those at the front desk either, we had to wait 15 mins or so for someone to bring them up. We ended up in a smoking room (we wanted non-smoking, but that was all that was left) which reeked. I’ve had to stay in smoking rooms before, and they were never this bad.
