We will definitely go back
Awesome location! Within walking distance of many attractions in the downtown Chicago area. The Weber Grill restaurant in the hotel was phenomenal, the pretzel rolls rocks! Staff was friendly and we had no issues with our room. Only thing if I had to complain about something was the cost of parking for the three days we were there, but that is how the parking situation is in Chicago. 5 STARS!!

We left our bags there!
We took the train there, and we were able to leave our bags there before and after check in times it was so nice! Would highly recommend this Hotel although it as a bit of a hike to the main stretch!(Magnificent Mile)
