No Help
This was my second trip to this hotel, on the first trip knowone was in the office for checkin and the key was under the counter phone. I complained and recieved a letter explaining why, and an apology. Upon my second visit the same happened. Obviously the manager does not like to sit in the desk so he leaves master keysa under the phone for the customers. BEWARE that YOUR room could be ENTERED by anyone holding such a key!!!!!!

I would not reccomend this hotel. The facility needs to be updated and include full time staff.

not bad but not good
I have to say I am not too picky and I have stayed in some real roach motels and not complained. I do have to say that I was a little upset when I had to wait at the front desk for 15 minutes before anyone came to help me, i understand that the super 8 is conjoined and the woman ran both places but hire someone so both desks are covered and you aren’t upsetting guests, then we asked for a non-smoking room and got a smoking one, i didn’t complain cause suprisingly enough it didn’t smell like smoke. The price was a bit more than what it was worth, but oh well, I just know that I wont reserve a room there again
