It is what it is
It is a budget motel near the highway, which is quite convenient to the airport. There isn’t anything fancy about it, but it was clean, the doors locked, the water and heat/AC worked and the continental breakfast includes a waffle iron.

Not Impressed
Bathroom floor was sticky. One light bulb was burned out. Floor was uneven and dirty. Walls were dirty. Not in a good neighborhood. We expected it to be near the airport, but it was 5-6 miles from the airport.
