Will never return, Not impressed at all
I purposely found a hotel that had a pool and a hot tub. We actually went out of our way to get to this hotel and the pool was cold and the hot tub was colder. I was furious. The hotel did nothing but offered to call maint., who would do what?? Didn’t offer a discount, part of another stay nothing.
